Keep 100% of your Compensation

At PM Law, we want you to keep 100% of your compensation. We charge our fees to the at fault party, this way you know you are getting a great service whilst retaining the full amount of compensation you deserve.

Keep 100% of your compensation. Every time.

Most Solicitors providing a ‘no win no fee’ service, have their fees for the work done paid by the At Fault Party & then charge their clients additional success fees of 25% of the client’s compensation to pay fees to Claims Management Companies to market the Solicitors No Win – No Fee Personal Injury Service.

Not here at PM Law – our reputation alone generates our Personal Injury Claims.

Since we don’t need to incur any Claims Management Company Marketing fees, we do not need to charge our clients any success fees – we pass that resultant benefit back to our clients.

The fees for the work done are paid to us by the At Fault Party, utilising the fee rates which the Courts and Government set as reasonable charges for the work we do for you.

Keep 100% Compensation FAQs

‘No Win No Fee’ arrangements were created to take the risk out of making a claim. With these types of claims, you will not be charged anything if your claim is not successful. However, in 2012, success fees were added to these arrangements. These fees mean that if your claim is successful, then your solicitor will receive a percentage of the compensation won.

No Win No Fee solicitors take a 25% success fee as a standard rate. This is the maximum deduction that solicitors can take, as ruled by the Ministry of Justice. For example, if you’re awarded £5,000 in compensation, then your solicitor will get £1,250 if their success fee is 25%.

While this may seem like a large deduction, the main benefit of No Win No Fee arrangements is that there are no up-front costs. This makes it a more realistic option for many people, giving them easier access to justice.

Solicitors who charge a success fee do this to cover their time, legal costs and also to make a profit.

Some solicitors will charge a success fee because they are charged ‘marketing fees’ from claims management companies and they want to cover the cost of this (for example a well-known claims management company could charge a marketing fee of around £800 for a case that is about an accident at work).

This is because we don’t pay ‘marketing fees’ to claims management companies, we market ourselves on our reputation.

We charge our solicitor fees and legal costs to the at-fault party because, like the courts and the Government, we believe this is a fair charge for the work we do to ensure our clients get the compensation they deserve.

We simply charge our fees to the at fault party.
We market ourselves on reputation, and without good service, we cannot have a good reputation.
